This class will continue to have a Christ centered element, weaving scripture as we creatively flow breath to movement. A fun upbeat flow that will start slow and move to a peak pose and flow back down to a resting pose. Beginner level

This is a Gentle All levels yoga flow with a chair to help create balance, strength and flexibility.
Option to use light weights, and also bring a yoga mat if you choose.
We will focus on setting positive intentions, mindful breathing and somatic movements.

This payment option will allow you to go to one of our 3 classes offered each week. This series Starts Sept 16-Nov 20th. 3 classes each week. You can only attend 1 of the three but can mix it up with this payment option. It is the best value at $10 a class with option to choose.

Wednesday 6pm, Slow Flow Holy Yoga -Gentle movement, focus on balance, flexibility and rest.
